Overlooking the sea, D.O.MAR Marbella is much more than a restaurant. This
seafront restaurant with Mediterranean soul is a place of legacy and quiet
elegance, set in one of the most privileged locations on the Costa del Sol. Once
home to the iconic Toni Dalli restaurant, it welcomed leading figures from the
world of cinema and international society. Among them, Sean Connery, closely
connected to Marbella, made this place his regular retreat after a round of golf.
He was drawn by its elegance, its discretion, and a cuisine crafted with care,
detail, and Mediterranean character.
For over eleven years, D.O.MAR has honoured that legacy with a contemporary
sensibility. Its culinary philosophy is rooted in fresh, seasonal, locally sourced
ingredients, prepared with precision and respect. Inspired by the sea and
executed with calm, each dish is a quiet tribute to Mediterranean cuisine.
D.O.MAR’s dining rooms are bathed in natural light. The sea is ever-present,
framed by large windows that turn every meal into a celebration of place and
